Pflegevisite in onkologischen Handlungsfeldern
Bei der onkologischen P egevisite geht es v. a. um die Identi kation und Planung von Unterstützungsangeboten in Form von Beratungen, Anleitungen und Vermittlung supportiver Angebote. Auch qualitätssichernde Maßnahmen spielen hierbei eine wichtige Rolle. Diese fördern die Handlungsfähigkeit sowie Adhärenz und können letztlich die Versorgungsqualität verbessern.
Oncological nursing visits are primarily about identifying and planning support services in the form of advice, instructions and the provision of supportive o ers. Quality assurance measures also play an important role. These promote the ability to act and adherence and can ultimately improve the quality of care.
