RECaN und EONS Cancer Nursing Index 2020
Das RECaN-Projekt der European Oncology Nursing Society (EONS) beleuchtet wichtige Unterschiede in der onkologischen Pflege innerhalb Europas. Das wichtigste Ziel besteht darin, den wertvollen Beitrag dieser Berufsgruppe darzustellen und ihre Rolle zu stärken. Der von der EONS Advocacy Working Group entwickelte EONS Cancer Nursing Index 2020 illustriert ergänzend die Entwicklung und den aktuellen Status der onkologischen Pflege in Europa. Dieser Beitrag stellt die beiden Initiativen vor.
In the RECaN project the European Oncology Nursing Society (EONS) highlighted important differences in cancer nursing across Europe. The overall goal is to increase recognition of the value and contribution of cancer nursing across Europe. The EONS Cancer Nursing Index 2020 was developed by the EONS Advocacy Working Group to illustrate the development and status of this profession in Europe. This article gives an overview of the two initiatives.
