Beratung ist eine zentrale Aufgabe von Pflegefachpersonen. Dabei ist sowohl die Beratung der Patient:innen als auch die Wissensvermittlung bei Pflegefachpersonen elementar. Durch ein strukturiertes Beratungskonzept können ein evidenzbasiertes Handeln und eine einheitliche Kommunikation innerhalb einer Universitätsklinik sichergestellt werden.
